As owner and Director, Brendan Mills, founded CFO Dynamics with a vision to help private enterprises control their business management and performance to create generational equity in their business.  

Brendan is passionate about ensuring businesses know exactly how they’re performing, where to improve and opportunities which can be capitalised on through the power of financial information. Mentorship plays a big part in Brendan’s role, educating clients on what their financial and operational information means and how to leverage it. 

Prior to starting CFO Dynamics, Brendan worked in as in a tax accounting role and as a financial growth consultant for a number of businesses – this has afforded Brendan experience across a range of industries including Professional Services, Building & Construction, Mining Services, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Medical, Business to Business and Trade Industries.

The My Dynamic CFO is the brainchild of Brendan Mills. His expertise in working with hundreds of businesses in variety of industries has led to the vision which is today My Dynamic CFO.

He believes financial literacy and financial knowledge is a learnable skills and core to business success regardless of the industry you are passionate about.

KEY CRITERIA

As our premium service offering, My Dynamic CFO has been designed with premium and established companies in mind. To be eligible for My Dynamic CFO we require businesses to meet the following requirements. If your business is still working towards this level of eligibility, we can still help you get there through our My Dynamic Boardroom offering.

Requirement Criteria:

  • Have a turnover of at least $500K per year or projecting to exceed this level
  • Must have at least one team member (who is not the business owner) in finance team
  • Privately owned business
